Aaron Hynds is a Commercial Construction professional and Executive Search and Placement Recruiter/Account Manager with 10 years of experience in the Construction and affiliated AEC industries. Aaron graduated in 2010 with a Bachelors in Construction Project Management from Rinker School of Building Construction at the University of Florida. Aaron built early career experience in commercial estimating for specialty subcontractors in CSI Divisions 07 and 08 before certifying as a LEED Accredited Professional with the US Green Building Council and competing in the U.S. Department of Energy Solar Decathlon in Madrid.
Since 2010, Aaron has been entrenched in Business Development for the Commercial Construction industry and accrued experience with industry leaders including top nationwide pressure treated lumber and building products manufacturer Universal Forest Products, and the largest online and print advertising medium in the world for the Commercial Construction industry; The Blue Book Construction Network.

Glen has a tremendous professional history managing teams of Recruiters and maintaining a full life cycle recruiting desk, with diverse experience including creating/leading boutique staffing firms, and serving as a private consultant for some of the worlds most recognizable multinational firms (most notably serving as the point person for engineering and technology staffing for Universal Creative in the establishment of the Universal Studios Beijing theme park).
